By visiting the Snapend website, you are accepting the practices outlined in this Privacy Policy. This policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that Snapend does not own or control.

1. INFORMATION COLLECTED BY SNAPEND

   We only collect personal information that is relevant to customize your experience on the Snapend website. It is up to you how much or how little information you provide to us. Snapend will never share or sell your information in any matter. We collect following information from Snapend users:

   1. Automatic Information:

      • We receive and store certain types of “traffic data” whenever you interact with Snapend. This information includes, but is not limited to IP address, Snapend cookie information, and page requests. This helps us construct a clear traffic view and improve Snapend.

   2. Information You Provide to Us:

      • We receive and store any information you provide to us. It is your choice not to provide us with certain information.

      • Registration: In order for you to fully personalize Snapend services, such as submitting new content, you must complete a registration form. As part of this registration, we request your valid email address.

      • Account Profile/Extended Information: To allow you to express yourself beyond just the information collected during registration, we enable you to provide additional information. This information will be made public so everyone who visits your page will be able to see it.

      • EXIF Data: Most cameras store Extended Information in JPEG files. It is your responsibility to remove it prior to uploading such photo.

2. EMAIL COMMUNICATION

   Snapend will never display your email or provide it to a third party without your explicit permission. Snapend may send out occasional emails with Snapend related news, products, offers, surveys or promotions. You may also receive notification e-mails from Snapend, which inform you of actions that have been performed on the site using your Snapend ID.

3. COOKIES

   Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and tell us how and when pages are in our website are visited and by how many people. Snapend cookies do not collect personal information.

4. KEEP INFORMATION SECURE

   Your Snapend account information is protected by a password. It is your responsibility to protect your password.

   Our staff will never ask you for your password.

5. CHILDREN UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE

   You must be 13 years and older to register to use the Snapend website. As a result, Snapend does not specifically collect information about children. If we learn that Snapend has collected information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

6. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

   Snapend may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time, at its sole discretion. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. If we make changes to the Privacy Policy, we will notify you by posting an announcement on the website.
